Clare Taylor Fcipd

Clare Taylor FCIPD is currently the Chief People Officer at Genuit Group since March 2021. Prior to this, Clare held the same position at SIG plc from August 2018 to March 2021. Clare also served as the Group HR Director at Scapa Group plc from March 2013 to July 2018 and as the HR Director at Ideal Standard International BVBA from January 2011 to March 2013. Clare's extensive HR experience includes roles such as HR Director at Smith & Nephew from July 2009 to December 2010, Director of HR at SSL International from 2001 to 2009, HR Manager at NSK from 1996 to 2000, and Human Resources Officer at Scottish and Newcastle from 1993 to 1995. Clare holds a MSC in Occupational Psychology from Northumbria University, completed in 2002.
