Jakub Matejko

Jakub Matejko is a Senior System Engineer at Genus PLC, with extensive experience in managing and maintaining various systems while supporting over 3,500 global employees and overseeing more than 5,000 devices across EMEA since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Support Helpdesk Technician at EMaC, where client complaints were significantly reduced, and as a Group IT Support Specialist at Tritech Group, where management of Windows servers and virtual environments led to improved system reliability. Jakub has also coordinated IT services for over 150 customer sites at i7 Technologies Limited, gained skills in technical support at Baltic Apprenticeships with Microsoft and ITIL certifications, and has experience in customer service through previous roles in hospitality and tourism. Jakub holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Analysis/Software Engineering from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Computing & IT from Shrewsbury Colleges Group.
