Jason Schacht

Jason Schacht is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in financial planning, analysis, and management across various organizations. Currently serving as the R&D Finance Manager at Genus PLC since May 2022, Jason has developed an NPV valuation process for a $35M R&D portfolio, led market analyses projecting revenues exceeding $1B, and implemented a Power BI tool for resource allocation in a 490 FTE R&D function. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Systems Control, where significant contributions included annual planning that resulted in over $2M in cost savings and the overhaul of pricing strategies. Jason’s earlier experience includes roles at Entegris, Kimberly-Clark, Lands' End, and Heartland Advisors, combined with an MBA from Marquette University and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
