Shelby Goldman

Shelby Goldman has over 10 years of work experience. From 2011 to present, they have been employed at Genware Computer Systems, where they have held the roles of Director of Customer Excellence, Solutions Architect, Solutions Architect Associate, Jr. Business Intelligence Architect, Senior BI Designer and BI Designer. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Toys R Us as a Business Analyst. During this time, they used Microsoft SharePoint to design and implement an application that automated Ad Hoc data requests and provided increased transparency in workflow. From 2008 to 2009, Shelby Goldman was employed at the NYS Attorney General as a Web Management Intern, where they were responsible for updating and maintaining internal and public websites, as well as developing the Spanish language portion of the public website.

Shelby Goldman obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University at Albany, SUNY between 2004 and 2008. Additionally, Shelby Goldman holds IBM Professional Certification, including IBM Cognos Analytics & Watson Analytics Sales Professional v1 (obtained in October 2019), IBM Cognos 10 BI Administrator, IBM Cognos 10 BI Author, IBM Cognos 10 BI Metadata Model Developer, IBM Cognos 10 BI OLAP Models, IBM Cognos 10 Multidimensional Reports, and IBM Cognos 10 Professional.
