Ashley Wang

Ashley (Xuechun) Wang, FSA has gained significant actuarial experience at various companies. Ashley (Xuechun) started their career as an Actuarial Intern at Taikang Life Insurance in 2013. Ashley (Xuechun) then worked as an Actuarial and Analytics Leadership Development Program Intern at Travelers in 2015. Moving on, they served as an Actuarial Analyst at Aetna from 2016 to 2018. Ashley (Xuechun) then joined The Hartford as an Actuarial Assistant from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Ashley holds the position of Associate Actuary at Genworth since 2020, and also serves as a Director & Actuary at the same company starting from August 2022.

Ashley (Xuechun) Wang, FSA completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Applied Mathematics at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2014. Ashley (Xuechun) then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Statistics at Columbia University in 2015. In addition, they are a Fellow of the Society Actuaries, certified by the Society of Actuaries.
