Chad Caples

Chad Caples has extensive experience in talent acquisition, starting as a Recruiter/Account Manager at Spherion in 2003. Chad then moved on to SunTrust Bank in 2006 as an AVP/Senior Recruiter, where they played a key role in developing talent strategy. In 2008, they joined Genworth, initially as a Senior Recruiter, before advancing to Talent Acquisition Manager with responsibilities for full life-cycle recruitment in various segments. Chad'smost recent role at Genworth was Head of Talent Acquisition, showcasing their progression and leadership in the field.

Chad Caples earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hampden-Sydney College in 1998. Chad later completed a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from The University of Alabama in 2003. In 2013, they also completed an Experienced Manager Course at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
