Dawn Metz

Dawn Metz has extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Dawn worked as the SVP of Global Talent Management at Genworth Financial since 2014 and previously served as the Manager of Organizational Development at GE Medical Systems in France from 1994 to 1996.

Dawn Metz completed a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, General from Oral Roberts University in 1982. Dawn then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Tulsa in 1986. Their education continued at The University of Tulsa where they pursued a Doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 1986 to 1992.
