Joshua Sandoval

Joshua Sandoval is an IT Development Program Analyst at Genworth since July 2023, bringing experience from a previous role as an IT Risk & Compliance Intern at FORVIS from June 2022 to May 2023. During the internship, Joshua assisted in creating and implementing information security policies aligned with ISO 27001 and NIST standards, conducted risk assessments, and contributed to the development of incident response plans. Joshua also played a key role in maintaining the company's IT compliance program, ensuring adherence to GDPR and HIPAA regulations, and participating in external IT audits. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University, awarded in May 2023.
