Melvyn Smith Jr., MBA, possesses extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, having served as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion and Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Genworth. Additionally, Melvyn has held leadership roles in Learning and Development and Talent Analytics. At ECPI University, Melvyn contributed as a Business Professor, while previous roles include Product and Services Trainer at the Virginia Retirement System and Sr. Instructional Designer at SunTrust Bank. Melvyn began a career as an Instructional Designer at Modis. Melvyn holds a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University and a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Strayer University.
