Jessica Barness

Jessica Barness has extensive work experience in a variety of roles. Jessica began their career in 1997 as a Consultant at Kaiser Associates. In 1998, they moved to Nextel Communications as a Provisioning Analyst. In 2000, they joined NII Holdings as Manager of Software Deployment and held various positions including Senior Manager of Network Planning and Director of Network Planning. In 2014, they moved to CSC as Business Relationship Manager - Americas. In 2015, they joined Federated Wireless as Director of Sales Operations, Director of Business Operations, and Sr. Director of Federal Program Management. Most recently, in 2022, they joined GXC as Vice President of Service Delivery & Operations.

Jessica Barness completed their MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2007, with a focus in International Business. Jessica also holds a BA from Vassar College, which they earned in 1997, with a major in International Studies.
