Ray Gard

Ray Gard is an experienced operations coordinator currently overseeing global project resourcing and compliance for sub-sea NDT projects at Geo Oceans since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ray held multiple positions in the operations department at Scitech, including Manager of the Project Management Office and Senior Project Manager, among others. Ray's diverse background includes significant experience as a project manager in the construction and land development industry at Sorensen Short & Associates, as well as various surveying and project officer roles at organizations like MNG and WSSC. Ray earned a Master of Science in Project Management from Curtin University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Surveying from the same institution. Notable achievements include leading the development and implementation of enterprise-wide CAD standards, significantly improving review times for plan submissions.
