Christina Paster

Christina Paster is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, project management, and continuous improvement within various organizations. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Program Lead at GeoBlue since November 2012, Christina has held multiple leadership roles, including Project Development & Analysis Manager and Global Health & Safety Manager. Christina also owned and operated Pet Pawadise & Sanctuary from September 2019 to October 2020 and was the President of the Philadelphia Field Hockey Association from July 2013 to January 2018. Previous roles include Operations Supervisor at Health Advocate and Team Manager - Operations at Independence Blue Cross. Christina's early career includes significant positions at International SOS and Verizon Wireless. Academically, Christina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Cabrini University between 2001 and 2005.
