Kathy Luisi

Kathy Luisi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business service management and operations within the health insurance sector. In the current role as Sr. Manager Business Service Management at GeoBlue since April 2016, Kathy oversees Key Account and Program Management, addressing inquiries from BlueCross Blue Shield Association and 34 independent BlueCross Blue Shield companies. Previously, as Operations Director at HTH Worldwide from September 2011 to April 2016, Kathy directed international claims and enrollment operations, enhancing productivity and accuracy through effective oversight of Third Party Administrator partners. Kathy also served as an Account Consultant at Unum, facilitating communication between brokers and customers, and led operational services at Independence Blue Cross for 15 years. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and additional education from the University of Pennsylvania.
