Stephanie Woodward

Stephanie Woodward has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Stephanie most recently served as the Director of Organizational Development & Learning at GeoBlue since March 2021. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Learning & Development at GeoBlue from August 2016 to March 2021. Stephanie also had significant roles at Independence Blue Cross, where they worked as the Manager of Learning Technology from March 2016 to August 2016, Manager of Learning Design and Development from March 2015 to March 2016, Manager of Shared Learning Services & Technology from July 2011 to March 2015, Manager of Operations Command Center from July 2010 to July 2011, and Supervisor of Multimedia Development from September 2007 to July 2010. Before joining Independence Blue Cross, Stephanie worked at Performance Development Group as an Art Director from July 2007 to September 2007 and as a Multimedia Designer from February 2005 to July 2007. Their career began at Intelli-media, where they worked as a Multimedia Designer from 2001 to 2005.

Stephanie Woodward completed their education at various institutions and obtained certifications in the field of organizational behavior and management. Stephanie earned their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior from Immaculata University from 2017 to 2023. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Organizational Management at the same university from 2013 to 2023. Stephanie also has an Associate degree in Computer Animation, which they earned from The Art Institutes between 1997 and 1999. In addition to their educational qualifications, Stephanie obtained certifications in Predictive Index Practitioner from The Predictive Index in 2019, and Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification - Classroom from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in April 2018.
