Marla Dranfield

Marla Dranfield has over 18 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on people and culture. Marla has held various leadership roles in companies such as GeoComply, Ardenton Capital, Progressa, and Merchant Advance Capital Ltd. Marla has extensive experience in HR management, strategic planning, and organizational development. Prior to their HR roles, they also worked as an English language teacher at GEOS Language Corporation.

Marla Dranfield has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from The University of British Columbia, obtained from 1999 to 2003. Marla then pursued further education, earning a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resources Management from The Open University from 2008 to 2012, as well as an MBA in Strategic HRM and Financial Strategy from The Open University from 2008 to 2011. Marla also holds various certifications, including Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and SHRM-SCP.
