Hege Sitje

Hege Sitje has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Hege currently serves as the Director of People, Organisation and Sustainability at Geodata AS, where they focus on HR, organisational development, recruitment, competence development, and sustainability. Prior to this, Hege worked as the General Manager and executive coach at Ergo;ego AS, where they helped individuals perform at their best and increase their impact. Hege also worked as the Proprietor and Leadership Consultant at 5 Mountains Ltd and as the Executive Manager at AS3 Norge. In addition, Hege has held multiple positions at Capgemini, including HR Director, Change Driver, HR SAP Team Manager, Risk and Unit Quality Manager, Senior Consultant at the Internet Business Center, and Project Manager. Hege also worked as a Certified Facilitator and Executive Coach at Les Fontaines, a Capgemini company. Earlier in their career, Hege worked as a software development consultant at Time/system International a/s, a project consultant at DDB and Wunderman, and as a Marketing Assistant at AS Denofa og Lilleborg Fabriker. Overall, Hege has a diverse background in HR, leadership, coaching, and consulting across various industries.

Hege Sitje's education history includes several institutions and fields of study. In 1982, they attended the University of Gothenburg, studying Art Science. The following year, they enrolled in the Frogner School of Commerce and focused on Accounting, Finance, Law, and Business Administration. In 1984, Hege joined the Norwegian School of Marketing (Campus Christiania), where they studied Marketing, Law, Finance, and Communication. Fast forward to 1997, they attended the Copenhagen Business School for Advanced Computer Science, and in 2002, they pursued their interest in coaching by enrolling in the Coaches Training Institute, becoming a Certified Professional Coach in 2006. Additionally, in 2007, Hege obtained a Certification in Team Coaching from Team Coaching International. As for certifications, in 2007, they were certified as a Certified Professional Co-active Coach by The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and in 2009, they obtained the certification of Certified Team Coach from Team Coaching International.
