Scott Beckstrøm

Scott Beckstrøm has a diverse work experience in various roles. Scott is currently working at Geodata AS as a Teknisk rådgiver // Solutions Engineer since March 2022, and previously worked as a Senior GIS-konsulent from February 2021 to August 2022. Before that, they were a GIS rådgiver at Statnett SF from August 2020 to February 2021. Prior to that, they had multiple positions at Geodata AS, including Teknisk rådgiver // Technical Solutions Specialist from February 2016 to August 2020, and GIS-konsulent // GIS Consultant from July 2014 to February 2016. Moreover, Scott has experience outside the field of GIS, having worked as the Walkable Washington Program Coordinator at Feet First from November 2013 to May 2014. In this role, they led the Walkable Washington Program and contributed to the development of healthy, livable, and walkable communities in Washington State.

Scott Beckstrøm completed a Bachelor's degree in Geography at Louisiana State University from 2006 to 2010. Scott then pursued a Master's Degree in Urban Planning with a specialization in Land Use and Transportation at the University of Washington from 2011 to 2014.
