Gaurav Bhattacharyya

Gaurav Bhattacharyya has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Gaurav is currently the Founder & CEO of Geode Health, where they focus on building a provider-focused mental health services organization. Prior to this, Gaurav served as the Chief Executive Officer at Elite Dental Partners, leading the transformation of the business and navigating through the COVID crisis. Gaurav also held leadership positions at DaVita Kidney Care, including Division Vice President and Vice President Integrated Care, where they had full P&L responsibility and managed dialysis operations. Before that, Gaurav worked as a Principal at Bain & Company and The Parthenon Group, and as an Analyst at Citigroup Global Investment Bank.

Gaurav Bhattacharyya completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Duke University in 2002. Gaurav later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the MIT Sloan School of Management, graduating in 2007.
