Diana Lankford has extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement, currently serving as a Talent Business Partner for Field Recruiting at GEODIS since June 2022, where responsibilities include developing talent plans aligned with business strategies and enhancing the candidate experience. Prior to this role, Diana was a Talent Acquisition Manager at Macy's, focusing on supply chain recruitment, and previously held positions as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor and Customer Account Manager at Macy's and Parthenon Metal Works, respectively.
