Glenn Thiessen

Glenn Thiessen's work experience is as follows:

- From 2015 to present, they have worked at GEODIS as the Global Business Excellence Director - Freight Forwarding. Glenn'sresponsibilities include focusing on Quality, Health & Safety, Supply Chain Security, and special projects for the Freight Forwarding Division. Glenn leads a remote team of subject matter experts and works with regions and other divisions within the organization.

- From 2015 to 2018, they were the IP Global Business Process Director at GEODIS. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, they developed and implemented a global Operational Excellence program for the organization.

- From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Baker Hughes as the Senior Manager, Finance and Accounting. Glenn developed a strategic plan and aligned initiatives within the Finance Process Accounting organization.

- From 2010 to 2012, they worked at DHL Global Forwarding as the Director, Performance Management. Glenn was responsible for business performance within the Ocean Freight Product Line.

- From 2008 to 2010, they worked at Deutsche Post DHL as an Internal Consultant, supporting transformation and Lean Six Sigma deployment across all business divisions in the Americas region.

- From 2006 to 2008, they worked at DHL Express as a Senior Process Improvement Manager, focusing on transformational projects within the USA Finance Processing Center.

- From 2000 to 2006, they worked at Vansco Electronics as the Product Quality Assurance Manager. Glenn led the mechanical design engineering team and developed and implemented a continuous improvement program.

- From 1998 to 2000, they worked at Nortel Networks as a Mechanical Design Engineer, specializing in thermal and structural design.

- From 1996 to 1998, they worked at Lockheed Martin as a Mechanical Design Engineer.

- From 1990 to 1996, they worked at Bristol Aerospace as a Mechanical Design Engineer.

Glenn Thiessen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba, graduating between the years 1986 and 1990.
