Carol Anderson

Carol Anderson has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management. Carol is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Geoforce, where they have been since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Global Talent Management at Sandvine from September 2018 to March 2020. From August 2013 to September 2018, Carol held the role of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Nationstar Mortgage. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Business Partner at RealPage, Inc. from June 2011 to August 2013. Carol also has experience as a Recruiting Manager and Business Development Manager at Aerotek Professional Services from November 2009 to June 2011. Carol started their career at The Andersons, Inc. where they worked as a Manager from 2003 to 2009.

Carol Anderson attended The University of Toledo from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing.
