Vincent Hsieh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment, strategic planning, and corporate restructuring. As a Partner at Cypress Growth Capital since September 2022, Vincent Hsieh participates in all aspects of the investment process and provides support to portfolio companies. Previously, Vincent Hsieh held prominent roles at Geoforce as COO and CFO, contributing to executive functions and leading the establishment of international subsidiaries. Additionally, Vincent Hsieh co-founded Atlas RFID Solutions and guided the company through its growth phases and successful exits. With a background in M&A analysis and corporate restructuring from positions at Exelixis and Alvarez & Marsal, along with consulting roles at Arthur Andersen, Vincent Hsieh possesses a robust skill set in finance and operational management. Vincent Hsieh holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
