Cristi Delgado

Cristi Delgado is a seasoned Geographic Information Systems Consultant at Geographic Technologies Group since February 2022, previously serving as the GIS and Open Data Coordinator for the City of Berkeley from 2008 to August 2020. With extensive expertise in Esri ArcGIS, including ArcMap, ArcSDE, ModelBuilder, and Story Maps, Cristi has effectively managed GIS strategies, data, and applications, while also promoting open data and government transparency. Professional experience includes supervising and training GIS staff, planning and executing GIS projects, and representing municipal interests in public forums and inter-agency collaborations. Cristi holds a BA in Geography from The University of Texas at Austin and dual MSc degrees in Geography from the University of Canterbury.
