Ramoutar Singh

Ramoutar Singh is a Geologist at the Geological Survey of India, with previous experience as a Research Scholar in the Dept of Earth Sciences. Singh holds a PhD in Isotope Hydrology from the Department of Earth Sciences at IIT Roorkee.
