Cerissa Tee

Cerissa Tee has a strong background in human resources, with experience spanning over a decade. Cerissa currently holds a key leadership position as the Director of Human Resources Operations at GeoLogics Corporation, where they have been since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager at the same company, showcasing their growth and expertise in the field. Before joining GeoLogics Corporation, Cerissa worked at the EEOC as a Human Resources Associate, where they managed personnel actions for multiple field offices. Additionally, they gained experience as a Human Resources Assistant at the Department of The Air Force HRO, where they processed personnel management actions and represented the organization at job fairs. Throughout their career, Cerissa has demonstrated strong operational and managerial skills, including overseeing staff members, reconciling large healthcare expenditures, and handling various HR tasks such as benefits administration and employee relations meetings.

Cerissa Tee obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration from American Military University. Cerissa also earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from Strayer University. In 2014 to 2017, they studied Human Resources - Employee Benefits at The Wharton School and obtained the CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) certification from both The Wharton School and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). In 2015, they achieved the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM and the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) certification from The Wharton School. Additionally, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in 2013. Cerissa also holds the Certification Management Specialist (CMS) certification from The Wharton School.
