Sebastian Hölz

Sebastian Heinz is a Graduate Assistant at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business since September 2024, with a strong background in procurement and business processes. Previously, Sebastian served as a Group Procurement Analyst at Selecta from January 2024 to June 2024, where efforts included leading the digital transformation of procurement processes and developing KPI dashboards for leadership insights. Earlier experience with Selecta as a Working Student Procurement (Internship) from January 2023 to July 2023 involved assisting in procurement policy development and sustainability compliance initiatives. Sebastian also contributed to community engagement as a Host at SQUARE from February 2022 to July 2022, showcasing facilities and events in both English and German. Sebastian holds a Master's in International Business with graduate certificates in Global Strategy and Business Analytics from the University of South Carolina, and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in International Management from the University of St. Gallen, complemented by a program at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
