Gretchen Schmauder

Dr. Gretchen Schmauder is the company's Director of Marketing and Promotions. She joined Geometrics in 2014 as the Rental Manager and then the Customer Service Manager and in 2016 took the position as Director of Marketing and Promotions. Gretchen came from a construction engineering background and spent nearly a decade traveling the country to evaluate the structural integrity of deep foundations. She has a bachelor’s of science in Geology from Western Washington University and an MS degree in Geochemistry, a Ph.D. in Geophysics, and an Executive MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno. Her Ph.D research focused primarily on the development of a 3-dimensional seismic hazard model for enclosed basins. She is a licensed geologist in California and Utah.
