Felix Hoffmann

Felix Hoffmann currently holds the position of Senior Global Operational Excellence Manager at Georg Fischer, beginning in November 2023. Prior to this role, Felix served as Head of Operations at Heraeus Noblelight from September 2021 to October 2023 and held multiple positions at Heraeus, including Senior Supply Chain Excellence Manager and Supply Chain Excellence Manager from October 2015 to August 2021. Felix possesses expertise in supply chain excellence, LEAN manufacturing, top-down communication, layout optimization, process improvement, business case verification, make-or-buy assessments, maintenance analysis, and logistics analysis, with experience across automotive, chemicals, and electronics industries. International experience has been gained in locations such as Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, and the USA. Educational qualifications include a Master in Business Administration from Friedrich Schiller University Jena (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (2012-2015).
