Scott Siler

Scott Siler, PMP, is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in leading international project teams in New Product Development at Georg Fischer since June 2022, managing a $50MM pipeline and a $15MM portfolio of Operational and Manufacturing projects. Prior to this role, Siler served as Program Manager at BEI Precision, overseeing a diverse portfolio exceeding $20MM in the aerospace and defense sector. Siler's military background includes significant leadership positions in the United States Air Force, including Assistant Director of Operations, where oversight of a $600K annual budget was paramount, and Flight Commander, managing the training of over 200 pilots annually. Siler holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
