Jean O'Connor

Jean O'Connor serves as the Special Projects Coordinator and Executive Director of the FBI Agents Association, overseeing operations that support 14,000 members through advocacy and financial assistance programs. O'Connor is also a Principal Consultant at FEDSquared Consulting and an Adjunct Instructor at the George C. Marshall Center, where instruction focuses on crime scene processing for large-scale terrorism events. Previously, O'Connor spent over two decades as a Special Agent with the FBI, specializing in various areas including terrorism investigations, forensic evaluations, and healthcare fraud. O'Connor holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bryant University and a Certificate in Terrorism and Security Studies from the George C. Marshall Center.
