Tom O'Connor

Tom O'Connor is a seasoned professional in counterterrorism and crime scene management, currently serving as Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at FEDSquared Consulting LLC since September 2019, and as a Senior Consultant at The Soufan Group since September 2022. O'Connor's extensive background includes a notable tenure at the FBI from February 1997 to September 2019, where responsibilities encompassed both domestic and international counterterrorism efforts, as well as evidence collection. Additionally, O'Connor has contributed to the FBI Agents Association as Past President and Charities Ambassador, focusing on the welfare of FBI agents and their families. Since 2012, O'Connor has also provided instruction on domestic terrorism at the George C. Marshall Center. Educational qualifications include a professional certificate in terrorism and security studies and degrees in criminal justice from Holyoke Community College and Westfield State University.
