Graham Birrell

Graham holds a PhD in Neuropharmacology from the University of Edinburgh Medical School. His more than 30 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience includes clinical operations, project management, regulatory consulting, and business development. Formerly VP, Clinical Development, Travecta Therapeutics, Graham has also held senior management roles in the UK and Singapore with CROs such as Parexel, ICON, Quintiles and most recently Syneos, where he led a Project Operations team of more than 230 staff in Asia Pacific as VP, CNS & Ophthalmology Clinical Development. He has directly managed 12 Phase II/III clinical programs for CNS, Oncology, Rheumatology and Endocrinology therapies that successfully gained marketing approval through U.S. NDA submission.
