Dana Pike has extensive experience in the real estate industry spanning 33-plus years. He joined George Comfort & Sons, Inc. in 2007, where as Senior Vice President, he expertly represents the needs and interests of institutional property owners and corporate tenants, with a focus on the Greater New York Area.
Dana’s seasoned knowledge in the areas of asset management, brokerage and corporate real estate services is of invaluable benefit to his prominent clientele. Among the many notable deals he has orchestrated over the years include recent tenant representation assignments such as Sompo International – 148,000 RSF and Axis Reinsurance – 126,000 RSF, and agency transactions such as Vineyard Vines – 91,000 RSF, MBIA – 85,000 RSF, and Octagon – 58,000 RSF.
Prior to working with George Comfort & Sons, Dana was a partner and served as president of Williamson, Picket, Gross, Inc., a New York real estate brokerage and management concern. In his 22-year tenure there, he was responsible for managing the firm’s operations, and servicing such major clients as AT&T, AXA, Canon, Xerox, GTE, Ikon Office Solutions, Thomson Financial, The United Nations, World Bank, among many others.
Dana received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Denison University.
