Curation and Preservation Team

The Curation and Preservation Team at George Eastman House is responsible for managing and safeguarding the museum's extensive collections of photography and cinema artifacts. Their duties include curating exhibits, preserving and restoring physical and digital materials, archiving stills, posters, and paper collections, and ensuring the proper storage and handling of objects to prevent deterioration. This team plays a critical role in maintaining the historical integrity and accessibility of the museum’s collections for future generations.
