Frank Strickland

Frank Strickland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting. Currently serving as a Partner at aiLeaders LLC since March 2022, Strickland is also a Senior Fellow at George Mason University Center for Assurance Research and Engineering and a Leader Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership, where focus is on maximizing leader impact and personal development. In academia, Strickland teaches storytelling and entrepreneurship at George Mason University's School of Business. Previously, as a Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting, Strickland led the Mission Analytics practice and contributed to innovative data-driven governance solutions. Strickland's earlier roles include Partner at IBM, where strategic management consulting was integrated, and President/COO at Edge Consulting LLP. Strickland holds a Master's in Technology Management from George Mason University and a Bachelor's in Management from National Louis University, alongside a Federal CIO Certification from CIO University.
