Min Xu Ph.d

Min Xu, Ph.D., CISSP, serves as the Director of Security Engineering at Mastercard since September 2019, focusing on business security for the Data & Services business unit. In addition, Min Xu holds a position as an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University and co-founded the Yancheng High School Overseas Alumni Association, where responsibilities include serving as President in a volunteer capacity. Previous experience includes roles at Verizon Media as a Security Architect, where significant contributions were made to product security, and positions as Security Lead/Architect at AAMC and Security and Privacy Advisor at Data Commons, LLC. Min Xu’s career also encompasses consulting experience at Cigital and a Senior Member of Technical Staff role at Oracle, with a strong academic foundation in Information Security and Assurance, Computer Science, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from reputable institutions.
