Renato Serrano

Renato Serrano has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Renato is currently the Director of Graphics and Printing Operations at Displays2go since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Cards & Pockets, Inc. for several years, where they held the positions of Director of Production Operations & Customer Success, Manager of Manufacturing & Vendor Relations, and Warehouse & Distribution Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for customer liaison, coordinating operations, managing teams, and implementing process improvements. Earlier in their career, they worked at SOUTH SHORE COMMUNITY CHURCH OF THE C&MA, where they held the roles of Community Engagement & Outreach Manager, Brockton Campus Pastor, and Associate Pastor. In these positions, they focused on external marketing, event management, team management, and community outreach.

Renato Serrano completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Polytechnic School of the Army in Quito, Ecuador, from 1996 to 2000. Renato then pursued further education at Alliance Theological Seminary, where they obtained a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree in Theology and Missions from 2001 to 2005.
