Matthew Kirisits

Mr. Kirisits joined George Smith Partners in 2016 and has underwritten, marketed, and closed 200+ transactions totaling over $1.0 billion. He has sourced both perm and bridge financing for multifamily, retail, and office properties.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a Senior Financial Analyst for a real estate investment firm that owned approximately $70M worth of multifamily properties. In this role, Matt was responsible for evaluating new acquisitions, monitoring performance of the firm’s operating portfolio, and communication with lenders and investors. Previously, Matt worked in a financial reporting role in the Investment Accounting group at AIG, a large publicly traded insurance company.

Matt received an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management (class of 2009) and is a CFA charterholder.
