Monica Kladakis

Monica Kladakis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in outreach, strategic partnerships, and human rights advocacy. Currently serving as Senior Advisor for Outreach & Strategic Partnerships at the George W. Bush Presidential Center since September 2022, Kladakis previously held significant roles at the McCain Institute for International Leadership and the George W. Bush Presidential Center, focusing on human rights and democracy. With a background that includes serving as Senior Advisor at the International Republican Institute and Managing Director of the Threshold Program at the Millennium Challenge Corporation, Kladakis has a strong foundation in governance and program evaluation. Earlier roles include positions in the White House Office of Presidential Personnel and the U.S. Department of State. Kladakis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Linguistics from Georgetown University, along with study abroad experience in Russia.
