Currently serving as Senior Advisor for Outreach & Strategic Partnerships at the George W. Bush Presidential Center since September 2022, Kladakis previously held significant roles at the McCain Institute for International Leadership and the George W. Bush Presidential Center, focusing on human rights and democracy. With a background that includes serving as Senior Advisor at the International Republican Institute and Managing Director of the Threshold Program at the Millennium Challenge Corporation, Kladakis has a strong foundation in governance and program evaluation. Earlier roles include positions in the White House Office of Presidential Personnel and the U.S. Department of State. Kladakis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Linguistics from Georgetown University, along with study abroad experience in Russia.

George W. Bush Presidential Center
The George W. Bush Presidential Center is home to the Bush Presidential Library and Museum and the Bush Institute. The Bush Center's 226,000-square-foot building and 15-acre urban park reside on the campus of SMU in Dallas, Texas. President and Mrs. Bush founded the Bush Institute to continue their work expanding freedom at home and around the globe. Built with private donations, the Bush Presidential Library and Museum opened to the public on May 1, 2013.
