Sebastián Mata

Sebastián Mata is an experienced professional with a diverse background in corporate governance, music management, and academia. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Georgeson, Sebastián designs and manages proxy solicitation campaigns for the Spanish market while also handling communication strategies with top retail shareholders. As a management collaborator and composer at Emusic Lab, Sebastián leads composition services and manages artist bookings. In academia, Sebastián is an Associate Professor at Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE, teaching core concepts of microeconomics and macroeconomics. Additional roles include voting member of The Latin Recording Academy and team member at Nova Talent. Previously, Sebastián worked at KPMG España in deal advisory and audit, contributing to high-impact projects and mentorship. Sebastián holds a Master's degree in Auditing and a double degree in Law and Business Administration.
