Brenda Zhong

Brenda Zhong has a diverse work experience history with various roles in different organizations. In 2020, they started as a Campus Ambassador and Social Media Director at Communy. Brenda also joined The Social Innovation and Public Service Fund (SIPS) in 2020, where they worked as a Project Manager and later became the Director of Operations. Additionally, Brenda held positions at Georgetown Global Consulting as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Project Manager. Brenda also worked at the U.S. Department of State as an Intern in the Bureau of Global Public Affairs-Office of Public Liaison (GPA/PL/PL), where they executed logistical planning. Brenda's involvement in advocacy included roles at Georgetown Student Advocacy Office, where they served as an Operations Chair and Student Advocate, and at Georgetown University Lecture Fund as an Associate Board Member. In 2021, they became an Editorial Assistant and Community Engagement Director at the Georgetown Journal of International Affairs. Brenda also had stints at the U.S. Department of Justice as a Program & Policy Intern in the Office for Access to Justice and at The White House in the Executive Office of The President: Office of Presidential Correspondence (OPC). Brenda was actively involved in Kappa Kappa Gamma, serving as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Chair and as a Member.

Brenda Zhong began their education at The Wheatley School, where they obtained a High School Regents Diploma with The Seal of Biliteracy and an AP Capstone Diploma. Brenda attended this school from 2015 until 2020. In 2020, Brenda enrolled at Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (BSFS) with a concentration in International Politics. Brenda is expected to graduate in 2024. In 2023, Brenda spent a brief period at Sciences Po Lyon - Institut d'Etudes Politiques, where they earned an Attestation d'Études Politiques (AEP) Diploma.
