Bryan Alexander

Bryan Alexander is a Senior Scholar and Course Instructor at Georgetown University since September 2018, and the Founder and Principal of Bryan Alexander Consulting, LLC since June 2013, where innovative consulting services are designed and launched. Previously, Bryan served as a Senior Researcher at The New Media Consortium from July 2014 to January 2017, focusing on the NMC Horizon Project and business intelligence reports for strategic partners. Bryan has extensive experience in the field of educational technology and liberal arts, having worked as a Senior Fellow and Director of Research at the National Institute for Technology in Liberal Education from May 2004 to June 2014, where research centered on emerging pedagogical trends and technologies. Additional roles include consulting for the Addison County Broadband Commission, various positions at Rheingold Associates, the Center for Educational Technology, and as an Assistant Professor at Centenary College. Bryan holds a PhD in English from the University of Michigan, where teaching and research experience was also gained during a tenure as a Teaching Assistant.
