David Raynor

Chief Public Affairs Officer at Georgia Chamber of Commerce

As the Chief Public Affairs Officer, David Raynor oversees all lobbying activity, public policy development, and political engagement efforts at the Georgia Chamber. Prior to joining the Chamber, Raynor served as the State Director for the Georgia Chapter of the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s largest small business advocacy organization. He also previously served as the Chief of Staff to former State Senate Majority Leaders Tommie Williams and Bill Stephens. Raynor serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Charitable Care Network, the Georgia Department of Revenue’s Industry Partners Advisory Council, and is an alumnus to Leadership Georgia (2012).
