Deidra Edwards

Deidra Edwards has extensive experience in the field of corrections, having worked at the Georgia Department of Corrections since April 2003. Their roles have included Deputy Warden of Care & Treatment, Behavioral Health Counselor Supervisor, Reentry Specialist/OJT Coordinator, Senior Counselor, Multifunction officer/ MH Counselor, and Correctional Officer. Prior to that, Deidra also held a position as a Manager at Dollar General. Deidra holds a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Troy University, a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology/Psychology/Homeland Security from Troy University, and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Southeastern Technical College.
