Gwendolyn Hogan has extensive experience in public affairs and advertising sales, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Commissioner and Public Affairs Manager at the Georgia Department of Corrections since February 2011, managing media relations for a large state agency. Prior to this role, Gwendolyn excelled as an Account Executive at Skirt! Magazine, where advertising sales in Gwinnett County increased by 85% through an innovative sales strategy. Gwendolyn also held similar positions at The Piedmont Review and Atlanta's Finest Dining, achieving significant revenue growth and successful event planning, as well as at France Publications, where Gwendolyn's aggressive sales tactics resulted in a 43% revenue increase and a promotion. Earlier, Gwendolyn contributed to the launch of Speed Magazine as a Local Editor, solidifying advertising sales in the University of Georgia community. Gwendolyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from The University of Georgia.
