Rao Manekar is a Web Services Manager and Enterprise Architect with over two decades of experience at Georgia Department of Corrections. Previously, Manekar owned and operated Manekar Medical Clinic. Manekar holds an M.B.A. in Management of Technology from Georgia Institute of Technology, a B.Tech. in Engineering from Osmania University, and an MS in Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
