Jennifer Phinney

Jennifer Phinney is an experienced education professional with a strong background in leadership and program development. Since October 2020, Jennifer has served as an Education Program Specialist for Dual Enrollment at the Georgia Department of Education. Concurrently, since July 2013, Jennifer has held the position of Director of School Support at Dalton Public Schools. Previously, Jennifer was the Principal of Morris Innovative High School from July 2010 to June 2013 and served as Assistant Principal at both Whitfield County Career Academy and Rome High School from July 2006 to July 2010. Jennifer holds an EdS in Educational Leadership and Administration from Kennesaw State University, an MEd in Curriculum and Instruction from Tusculum University, and a BSEd in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from The University of Georgia.
