Kevin Clark

Kevin Clark has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and positions of leadership. Kevin began their career as the Executive Director at the Lake Lanier Islands Development Authority, responsible for managing and developing the recreational venue. Kevin then served as the Executive Director at the Georgia State Properties Commission, where they oversaw the Real Property, Leasing, and Information Project divisions, as well as the Georgia Building Authority.

Kevin then joined Beers Construction as a Project Manager, utilizing their project management expertise to contribute to major construction projects in Atlanta and throughout the southeast and Europe. Kevin also worked at the Georgia World Congress Center as a Special Projects Construction Manager, overseeing high-profile construction projects, including the Georgia Dome and Centennial Olympic Park.

Kevin's career also includes a role as the Chief Operating Officer at the Georgia Department of Transportation, where they represented the agency and spoke on transportation matters at various events. Kevin then served as the Deputy Executive Counsel and Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CFO at the Office of the Governor of the State of Georgia, providing legal advice, drafting legislation, and acting as a liaison between the executive and legislative branches of government.

Most recently, Kevin Clark served as the Executive Director at the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA), responsible for leading the organization in providing financial assistance and promoting environmental stewardship. Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in project management, and a dedication to promoting the growth and development of various organizations.

Kevin Clark attended the University of North Carolina Asheville from 1972 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Kevin then pursued further education at John Marshall Law School in Atlanta from 1991 to 1994, obtaining a Juris Doctor (JD) degree specializing in law.
