H. West Richards

H. West Richards serves as the Executive Director of the American Transaction Processors Coalition (ATPC) since January 2014, focusing on protecting and promoting the transaction processing industry through comprehensive government relations, public affairs, and economic development initiatives. Additionally, H. West Richards holds advisory roles with the Georgia Fintech Academy and sits on the boards of Payments 20, Georgia Intellectual Property Alliance, and FinTech Atlanta. H. West Richards previously led CIS as Executive Director and has extensive experience in business development roles, including positions at XS International, Grand Central Solutions, and PeopleRock. An alumnus of Carnegie Mellon University with a B.S. in Public Policy & Management, H. West Richards has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing regulatory frameworks and fostering innovation within the payments sector.
