Sarah Catherine Phillips, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Policy Strategies at Georgia Health Initiative since March 2024. Previously, Sarah held positions at The Carter Center as a Senior Public Policy Associate and Public Policy Associate in the Mental Health Program from April 2023 to March 2024. Sarah's experience also includes serving as Senior Manager of Policy and Advocacy at Georgia Watch and as a Conviction Integrity Unit Consultant for the Fulton County District Attorney's Office. Other roles include Studio Manager at Orangetheory Fitness, Policy and Communications Intern for the Georgia House Democratic Caucus, and various marketing and management positions across different organizations. Sarah holds a Master of Public Administration from Georgia State University, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Information Systems Management from Auburn University and Georgia State University.
